This intelligent liquid turbine flow meter can be widely used to measure liquids flow rate in Factory, Petroleum, Chemical industry, Metallurgy, Paper, and other industries.
WPLL Series intelligent liquid turbine flow meter is widely used to measure liquids instant flow rate and cumulative total, so it can control and quantify liquid volume. The turbine flow meter consists of a multiple-bladed rotor mounted with a pipe, perpendicular to the liquid flow. The rotor spins as the liquid passes through the blades. The rotational speed is a direct function of flow rate and can be sensed by magnetic pick-up, photoelectric cell, or gears. Electrical pulses can be counted and totalized.
Flow meter coefficients given by calibration certificate suits to these liquids, which viscosity is less than 5х10-6m2/s. If liquid’s viscosity > 5х10-6m2/s, please re-calibrate sensor according to actual liquid and update instrument’s coefficients before starting work.
