Principle

Momentum of fluid which passing through the sensor body gives impeller blades torque due to flow direction and blades at an angle. After torque reaches balance and impeller rotation speed is stabilised, flow rate will be directly proportional to rotation speed under certain conditions. The magnetically conductive blades will periodically change the magnetic flux of signal detector who sensing electrical pulse signal. The continuous rectangular pulse wave processed by amplifier can be remote transmitted to indicator to display instantaneous or cumulative flow of the fluid. Instrument coefficient of every single sensor will be provide by manufacturer according to actual calibration results.
