WP501 Series Intelligent Universal Switch Controller

Short Description:

WP501 Intelligent Universal Controller consists of a big circular aluminium made junction box with 4-bit LED local display and 2-relay offering H & L floor alarm signal. The junction box is compatible with sensor parts of other WangYuan transmitter products which are used for pressure, level and temperature measurement and control. Upper and lower alarm thresholds are adjustable over the whole measurement span continuously. Corresponding signal lamp will up when measured value reaches the alarm threshold. Besides function of alarm, the controller is also able to output regular signal of process reading for PLC, DCS, secondary instrument or other system. It also has explosion proof structure available for operation hazard space.

Structure

This controller is perfectly compatible with components sensing process variables of pressure, level and temperature. The series of products share a uniform upper terminal box while the structure of lower part depends on corresponding sensor. Some sample structures are as follows:
