The WP435B Cylindrical Hygienic Pressure Transmitter adopts a straightforward all stainless steel welded cylinder case assembled with imported high-precision and corrosion protection sensor chip. Design of the wetted-part and process connection are flat and tightly sealed without any pressure cavity. WP435B is suitable for pressure measurement and control of media that highly vicious, contaminated, cotaining solid or easy to clog. It has no hygienic dead space and is convenient for rinse.

Description

Design of the flush process connections is highly cleanable via a wetted diaphragm integrated into the process that guarantees low maintenance and trouble-free pressure measurement in critical applications on frequently changing media. All process connections of WP435B are fully welded and made of stainless steel or alloys with higher anti-corrosive performance, providing a reliable seal to isolate the medium from the instrument body. The transmitter is exceedingly customizable on connection, material and output. In addition, for higher medium temperature up to 150 °C, WP435D with similiar construct and welded cooling elements is avaliable.
