Short Description:

WP401B Custom Corrosive Chemical Pressure Transmitter uses tantalum diaphragm of the sensor chip and special housing structure. Sensing component is welded inside a particularly designed base under the cylindrical case. Electronic enclosure and wetted-part are made of SS316L adapting to 98% concentrated H2SO4 medium at ambient temperature and weak corrosive operating condition.

Description

In response to applications for miscellaneous aggressive chemical solutions, Wangyuan is able to customize material and dimension of the product according to medium features and working condition to ensure optimum long-term stable operation. Pressure-sensing diaphragm is made of tantalum to prevent acid penetration and damage to the sensor. Unique base upon process connection and full SS316L shell secure integrity of the instrument against acid corrosive ambience.
