How to Monitor Medium Level Inside Industrial Process Tanks?

Wangyuan WP3051LT is another decent option of pressure-based level transmitter for atmospheric vessels. It is easy to install through flange, compatible with media with different properties, suitable for various kinds of petrochemical products. The instrument ensures high accuracy and good stability, supports zero and full span adjustment and maintains accurate compensated measurement within -10°C to 70℃.

For sealed vessels where gas pressure of space above the level could affect hydrostatic pressure, Wangyuan WP3051DP is recommended for differential pressure based level measurement. Transmission from pressure ports to the instrument could either through impulses lines or capillary remotely for media more corrosive or with extreme temperature.

Other types of level gauges that are not based on pressure principle might also be particularly suitable for specific applications. If there is a requirement of prominent field indicator right on the storage container, WP320 magnetic level gauge would be ideal for its eye-catching magnetic flap scale indicator. If non-contact approach is preferred, WP260 radar type and WP380 ultrasonic type level meters can provide consistent and reliable level monitoring upon non-contactable media under various complicated operating conditions.
